The Retention Committee encourages mentorship. Here are resources I created to support mentors at the Medical Center after consulting with existing programs across the system and reviewing evidence based practice.
A unit flyer is helpful when meeting with prospective candidates. It promotes the unit and helps to answer questions that may not have come up during the interview.
A good succession plan includes employee engagement and delegation.
